Refund policy

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at Info@cleopatra-VII.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instructions on how and where to send your package.

Cleopatra-VII does NOT provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

*Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit.*

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your package is received and inspected (please allow 3-7 business days), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will STORE CREDIT you on all item returned to us.

 Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Visual evidence of defective products must be presented within 72 hours of product delivery date. 

All discounted/sale items are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges, store credits, or refunds on any sale items.

Orders cannot be modified, altered or canceled once they are placed. 

In the case of lost or stolen packages, please contact our Customer Care Team via email to file a claim, Once a claim has been filed, we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.

Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays due to the holidays, and or bad weather

 Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
